On February 10, 2025, the Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy (MoCDE) held its first-quarter Intra-Sectoral Retreat, bringing together key institutions including Gamtel, Gamcel, GICTA, GAMPOST, and the WARDIP Gambia Program. The primary aim of this gathering was to enhance coordination and align sectoral strategies to improve outcomes in The Gambia’s digital transformation effortsDuring the retreat, participants engaged in discussions to assess ongoing projects, identify challenges, and explore opportunities for synergy among the institutions.
